অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা স্থায়ী। অব্যবহৃত ডায়মন্ড, আয়ের ব্যালেন্স, স্টোরের জিনিস, লেভেল আর র্যাংকিং চিরতরে হারিয়ে যাবে — ফেরত বা রিফান্ড হয় না। কোনো উত্তোলন অপেক্ষায় থাকলে সেটা শেষ হওয়া পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করুন। Deletion is permanent. Unused diamonds, earning balance, store items, levels and rankings are lost for good and cannot be restored or refunded. If you have a pending withdrawal, wait until it is finished.

পুরো অ্যাকাউন্ট মোছার দরকার নেই — অ্যাপে প্রোফাইলের তথ্য বদলাতে বা সরাতে পারেন, চ্যাট মুছতে পারেন। নির্দিষ্ট কোনো তথ্য সরাতে চাইলে লিখুন [email protected]-এ। You do not have to delete your whole account — you can edit or remove profile details and delete chats in the app. To remove specific data, write to [email protected].
